Our Pose of the Week: Downward Facing Dog (Adho Muka Svanasana)
How to do this one:
Palms flat, elbows straight.
Stretching the sides of your body by taking the buttocks away from your head.
Heels pushed towards the floor, back of the knees are broad- stretching hamstrings, calf muscles, achilles tendon.
